Scope of Services Tidy Up Spaces provides closet organization services, including consultations, 3D renderings, accessory recommendations, and hands-on organization. Services are tailored based on the client’s intake form and initial consultation. 2. Booking and Payment Final project pricing will be determined after the consultation and must be approved by the client before work begins.A 50% deposit of the agreed-upon project price is required to secure the start of services.The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, before the final walkthrough and handoff. 3. Travel Fees Clients located outside of Austin, TX, will be charged an additional travel fee of $0.39 per mile. This will be included in the final invoice. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling - If the client cancels or reschedules services less than 48 hours before the agreed-upon start time, a flat cancellation fee of $100 will apply. This policy ensures fairness and compensates for the time reserved for your project. - Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 15 days of the original date. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate information in the intake form to ensure proper planning and execution. Clients are responsible for the cost of additional accessories or materials unless otherwise specified in the final budget. 6. Limitations of Liability Tidy Up Spaces will take reasonable care during the organization process. However, we are not liable for: - Pre-existing damage to items or the closet. - Accidental damage to fragile or improperly stored items not disclosed during consultation. - Changes in project timelines due to client delays or unavailability. 7. Project Completion The project is considered complete once the agreed-upon work is performed and the client approves the final results. A feedback questionnaire will be sent after completion to ensure client satisfaction. 8. Use of Photos and Videos Tidy Up Spaces may take photos or videos of the project for portfolio or marketing purposes. No identifying information will be shared without prior written consent from the client. 9. Confidentiality All client information, including personal details and photos, will be kept confidential and used solely for project purposes. 10. Disputes Any disputes regarding services or payments must be reported in writing within 14 days of project completion. 11. Booking and Payment Payment for virtual services is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session. Once payment is received, the session will be confirmed, and instructions for the video consultation will be sent to the client. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling • Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. • Rescheduled appointments must take place within 15 days of the original date, unless otherwise agreed. 4. However, we are not liable for: • Misuse or damage of recommended products • Inaccurate measurements or representations provided by the client • Delays or dissatisfaction due to incomplete implementation by the client 6. Project Completion The service is considered complete once the virtual consultation is conducted, and the Closet Refresh Plan and product recommendations are delivered. One week of post-session support is included. Additional support or follow-ups may be available at an added rate. 7. Use of Photos and Testimonials With your consent, photos or testimonials may be used for portfolio or marketing purposes. No identifying personal information will ever be shared without prior written approval. 8. Confidentiality All client information, including contact details, closet images, and personal preferences, will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for project purposes. 9. Disputes Any disputes regarding services must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the final Closet Refresh Plan. 10.
